OUR CLINICIANS

Megan is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and primary care pediatric mental health specialist, receiving her master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Megan has been working in pediatrics for eight years as an acute care nurse and then going on to work with patients aged 2-22 in behavioral, developmental, and mental health
pediatrics.
Megan has always had a passion for adolescent wellness and the unique needs they have. She enjoys educating and supporting teens and their caregivers on their overall wellness but
especially takes joy in conversations around mental health, sexual health and relationships, body image, and life coaching/transition into adulthood.
Megan strives to create a safe space for teens to receive primary care for all their health concerns.
Megan currently lives in Raleigh with her husband and their two children. They have two cats,two dogs, and three chickens. She enjoys reading, crafting, and being outside.

Kelly Sproles

Kelly is a mental health counselor and North Carolina native. She attended Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC where she earned her B.A. in Psychology and attained her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University in Phoenix, AZ.
It is Kelly’s belief that each therapeutic journey is unique to the individual and will work with each client to develop a path that works best for you. There is not one single therapeutic approach that best suits every person so a variety of techniques can be utilized to cater to your unique self, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Art therapy, and Music therapy.
Kelly currently resides in Cary, NC with her husband and two children, Etta and Ellis. When she is not working, Kelly enjoys cooking, crafting, upcycling, and watching shows.

Kassy Brino, NP

Kassy is a pediatric nurse practitioner and board certified Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from UNC Chapel Hill and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Duke University, where she currently teaches as adjunct faculty.
Kassy has over 10 years of bedside nursing experience and 5 years as a nurse practitioner working with children and adolescents with unique behavioral and developmental needs. She enjoys incorporating mental health and wellness into every patient interaction.
Kassy is available for primary care services as well as assessment, diagnosis and treatment of attention-deficit disorder(s), anxiety, autism and other neurodiversities. She is gender-affirming and passionate about trans care.
Kassy is co-founder and owner of Nourish.
Daniella worked as a Licensed Psychologist from 1998 to 2014 in Curitiba, Brazil before coming to the US. In this role, she worked in diverse settings where she conducted psychological evaluations, constructed treatment plans and engaged in psychotherapy with children and adults.
In 2016 Daniella earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. During that time she conducted research exploring how mindfulness techniques such Yoga and Meditation might enhance self-regulation processes.
After graduation, Daniella continued to explore and teach yoga and meditation as tools for mental health and promote diversity and inclusion of those practices. Daniella is enthusiastic about helping individuals and families improve their health, relationships, and quality of life. She offers mental health counseling as well as Yoga therapy to patients here at Nourish.
