All clinicians at Nourish are gender-affirming, trauma-informed and focus on the individualized needs of each patient. We work as a team to provide whole-person care.
Kassy Brino, DNP, CPNP, PMHS
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Kassy (she/her) is a pediatric nurse practitioner and mental health specialist. She received her master's degree from UNC Chapel Hill and doctorate from Duke University. Kassy has spent her academic career developing projects to better serve children and adolescents with unique behavioral and developmental needs, emphasizing the importance of incorporating mental health into every patient interaction.
Kassy has over 12 years of clinical nursing experience and 6 years as a nurse practitioner.
She is available for primary care services as well as the assessment, diagnosis, and management of common mental health concerns including attention-deficit disorder(s), anxiety, and depression. She is also trained in the administration of standardized testing for autism.
Kassy is owner and co-founder of Nourish.

Kelly Sproles, MAPC
Supportive Counseling, Life Coach
Kelly (she/her) is a North Carolina native, attending Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC for her B.A. in Psychology and Ottawa University for her M.A. in Professional Counseling.
Kelly specializes in helping adolescents and young adults through life transitions and has taken on the role of Life Coach at Nourish to better assist our patients in this capacity.
It is Kelly’s belief that each therapeutic journey is unique to the individual and will work with each client to develop a path that works best for them. This can include mindfulness-based interventions, art therapy, and music therapy.
Kelly currently resides in Cary with her husband and two children, Etta and Ellis. When she is not working, Kelly enjoys cooking, crafting, upcycling, and watching shows.

Tiirini Hill, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Tiirini (she/her) is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of psychiatric Nursing experience. She has worked with most populations from adolescents to geriatrics. Tiirini has worked in a variety of mental health settings such as inpatient , outpatient, home health care, group home and prison psychiatry. Tiirini has completed training for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through PSI.
Mental health in the United States is under valued, especially in the Black community. Tiirini would like to help bridge that gap by making access to mental health care more accessible. If you’re looking for a provider that will genuinely listen to your needs, concerns and collaborate with you to make a individualized treatment plan, Tiirini is the provider for you.

Jennifer George, LCSW-A
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jenni (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She graduated with her MSW from East Carolina University in 2023. Jenni was previously a middle school science teacher for seven years and received her M.Ed in 2014 from West Virginia University.
Jenni's focus in therapy is person-centered, letting the patient's unique needs drive each session. Jenni has been been studying trauma research for two years and has a particular interest in the way that trauma impacts the body. She has even started her own business to teach gyms and fitness professionals best practices in trauma-informed care.
Jenni is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a leading trauma treatment developed by the VA. She also pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and utilizes psychoeducation and mindfulness practices to best assist each client.
Jenni currently lives in Rolesville with her boyfriend, his son, and their dog. She enjoys reading, weight-lifting, playing racquetball, and doing anything artsy.
